1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Crush platform ("Service") operated by Crush Wine Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crush is a winery traceability and cellar management platform. The Service allows wineries to track grape reception, cellar operations, inventory, and regulatory compliance through a web-based application.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed on a subscription basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data. We store and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
